Life can be overwhelming at times, which can impact mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Nicola is a trained counsellor, trauma-sensitive mindfulness practitioner, and Tapping Therapist. She is also a clinical reflective practice supervisor approved by the British Psychological Society.

 

Talking therapy with Nicola can bring a renewed perspective and provide a space to reflect on ways to navigate through challenging situations.

In our sessions, Nicola will create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space, so you feel seen and heard, and can mindfully work on what brought you to therapy.

Nicola uses integrative approaches, which means that she combines different types of evidence-based therapies, in line with your specific needs.

Over time, working with Nicola, clients (see video below) have shared the process helped them build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and improved self-connection

Therapy sessions are in-person in Brighton & Hove and online via video call.
