With over 15 years' experience as a senior teacher and mental health lead in schools, Nicola is AuDHD with a background firmly rooted in neurodiversity and mental health. In her somatic wellbeing and therapeutic training practice, she thrives when holding space to help individuals develop the tools they need to transform their lives.
