Meet Nicola, Founder of Harvey Heals

Hello, it’s Nicola here. Thanks for visiting Harvey Heals.

Around four years ago, I became a mindfulness practitioner and author of self-care books. I have since guided many adults, children and young people with mindfulness, psycho-educational tools and resources to support their mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

During the early part of my career in the media industry and then in education, I saw and experienced the pressures of finding life/work balance, and how this can impact mental wellbeing. Today, I use this experience to teach others how to practise self-care and share practical tools to look after their wellbeing. Self-care and grounding is different for everyone, and I encourage you to find what works for you either with the support of Harvey Heals or independently, as it has been a complete game changer for me.

Harvey Heals is a self-care community and digital platform developed with you in mind. From formal corporate events including Staff Wellbeing, to relaxed meditation circles in yoga studios, there is something for everyone at Harvey Heals! Have a browse around the website and do get in touch with any feedback or bookings for virtual training with me.

Here's what some of my clients have to say...

"l went to Nicola's Feminine Empowerment Workshop which she ran over Zoom. It was a beautiful session filled with women from all walks of life. We enjoyed meditation, dancing, breathing, mindfulness and exploring our own femininity. The energy was incredible and I felt like a renewed person afterwards. Thank you! Callie, Workshop Participant

“Nicola successfully delivered mindfulness training for The Children’s Literacy Charity. We were impressed by the range of inclusive strategies for our staff and children. The focus on SEN with practical multisensory tools and activities to support children’s wellbeing was the highlight for many of our tutors. Keep up the great work! Ms A Charalambous, Head of Educational Development, The Children’s Literacy Charity

Take care and be safe.

Nicola x
